Key responsibilities include verifying shipments, managing logistics data, and supporting warehouse improvements. Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily tasks and execute work order diligently.
• Verify & ensure the accuracy of all incoming & outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate input of in/out stock in the company’s system.
• Ensure all stock items are properly put back & well labelled.
• Responsible for day-to-day picking, packing & barcoding before delivery.
• Handling basic admin, customer service, and stock management duties.
• Processing of documents.
• Support implementation of improvement opportunities at the warehouse.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Responsible for logistic administration including data entry.

• Ensure all stock items are properly put back & well labelled to the storage area according to the planned floor plan.
• Responsible for day-to-day picking, packing & barcoding before delivery according to the plan delivery schedule.
• Handling basic admin, customer service, and stock management duties
• Processing of documents
• Support implementation of improvement opportunities at the warehouse
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
• Responsible for logistic administration including data entry into system, ensure data accuracy, issuance of PO, etc.
• Conduct annual stocktake inventory, ensuring physical stock tally with the system
