Job summary

A security solutions company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Logistics Officer to ensure smooth operations by managing inventory and coordinating logistics support. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • Experience in uniformed services or logistics support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the issuance, receipt, and accountability of uniforms, equipment, and inventory items.
  • Perform stock checks, reconciliation, and ensure records match system data.
  • Coordinate with store teams on replenishment, deliveries, and returns.
  • Oversee distribution of logistics items to various sites and divisions.
  • Support event deployments by preparing and tracking logistics equipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety.
