Job Title: Logistics Assistant cum Driver

Job Role Description:

The Logistics Assistant cum Driver with the primary responsibility to oversee the management of the logistics, transport products from our warehouse to designated delivery points and ensuring the safe & efficient distribution of goods and support the efficient functioning of our warehouse.

By managing effectively and optimize operations, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of wine products while adhering to regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.

This job responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

Logistics & Operations

  • Manage product labelling and maintain accurate delivery, inventory, and logistics reports.
  • Submit documents such as invoices and records for finance and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while keeping proper documentation.

Distribution & Transportation

  • Coordinate warehouse activities and delivery schedules.
  • Pick, pack, load, and unload products with care.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of products during storage and transport.
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams to manage delivery updates and resolve delays.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and support order fulfilment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock taking.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, report any issues or discrepancies.
  • Help reduce spoilage and optimize storage space.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Interact professionally with customers and suppliers.
  • Address delivery-related inquiries and provide courteous service.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow safety procedures and operate warehouse and equipment properly.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements

· Monday to Saturday (5.5day work week. Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturday half day 9am to 1pm)

· Minimum of 1 year experience.

· Class 3 driving licence. (Van)

· Well organized, positive work attitude and good team player

· Physically Fit, as carrying of heavy goods is needed.
