Job Overview
DataForce by TransPerfect is currently looking for a Local Coordinator to join our onsite team in Singapore!
Role Summary
- Serve as the main point of contact for the project team and take ownership of all assigned project tasks
- Manage task distribution ensuring that each activity is assigned to the appropriate resources and completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external operations teams to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues as they arise
Role Responsibilities
- Stay informed and up to date on all project requirements, tools, and workflows
- Effectively assign and manage tasks to ensure balanced workloads and timely completion
- Support recruitment efforts by interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
- Monitor, track and report on project KPIs, reviewing quality and performance in line with project guidelines
- Serve as the central point of contact for task requests, review priorities, and delegate assignments to the team accordingly
- Identify performance gaps or workflow inefficiencies and implement improvement plans as needed
- Participate actively in project meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment across teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project or team management within a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Communication Studies, or related field
- Idiomatic fluency and strong cultural understanding in one of the following languages: Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, or English (Singapore). You will be required to work with target content including reading, processing, analyzing, and labeling data in the target language
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Proven experience working in a target‑driven or results‑oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to provide clear instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and identify trends
- Knowledge of contact center processes, procedures, and performance metrics is a plus
