Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resource & Administration, the Loan Administrator will be responsible for managing loan submissions and working closely with financial institutions to help customers finance their electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage loan submissions and coordinate with financial institutions to support customers in financing their vehicle purchases.
  • Handle loan agreements, disbursement documents, and other related paperwork, ensuring accurate filing and proper record‑keeping.
  • Handle car registration processes with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding process.
  • Provide support and motivation to front‑line staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties such as administrative tasks, customer follow‑ups, or coordination with external vendors as needed.
