Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lift and escalator systems.
- Conduct functional and safety checks in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Attend to customer service calls, breakdowns, and recovery tasks.
- Identify system faults, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately.
- Support supervisors and engineers during inspections and repair coordination.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in lift/escalator servicing or maintenance
- Familiar with safety, inspection, and mechanical/electrical testing procedures.
- Comfortable working in vertical shafts, machine rooms, and on-site environments.
- Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preventive maintenance scheduling or diagnostic testing.
- Basic understanding of safety compliance for lift and escalator systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical adjustments and electrical calibration.
