We are currently seeking Funds / Asset Management Lawyers to join our team and support our Fortune 500 clients:

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 1 or more years of experience in investment funds practice from lawfirms, or experience with asset management firms
• Strong knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations applicable to investment funds

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds, including drafting offering documents, fund agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Advise on compliance with Singapore laws and regulations governing investment funds such as SFA, MAS
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses, subscription agreements, partnership agreements, and management agreements
• Assist in fund transactions and regulatory matters and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
