Qualifications

Job Description

  • Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
  • Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.
  • Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
  • Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
  • Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts.
  • Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements.
  • Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
  • A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
  • Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
  • Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
  • Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
