Responsibilities
Leasing & Administration
  • Manage lease renewals and support retail expansion initiatives.
  • Assist with lease negotiations, site viewings, feasibility reviews, and documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end lease administration, including tenancy records, payments, vendor coordination, and façade signage matters.
  • Liaise with landlords and internal retail teams to resolve operational and facilities-related issues.
  • Monitor market trends within the Singapore retail and shopping mall landscape.
  • Prepare and maintain leasing, retail, and administrative reports for stores and roadshows.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and coordination with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Support retail promotions, roadshows, events, and operational activities as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in leasing administration, property management, or real estate support (retail preferred).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information professionally.
