We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Equinet Academy, a leading digital marketing training provider in Singapore. You’ll be responsible for managing mostly inbound leads generated through our digital channels, assisting walk-in customers, and supporting live events and webinars. This role offers a structured path towards a Head of Sales position for those who excel in performance, leadership, and initiative.

Learning Support Team Overview

The Learning Support Team (LST) plays a key logistical and operational role within the organisation. The team oversees the department’s daily functions, manages learner registrations, supports operations, and helps create a conducive learning environment while ensuring all logistics and equipment are well‑coordinated and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate appropriate assessment sessions based on the number of learners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure training facilities are well‑maintained and all equipment remains in good condition.
  • Stay well‑informed about course details and structures.
  • Handle course enquiries and support learners during the registration process.
  • Track and verify learners’ attendance and assessment outcomes.
  • Monitor and review training processes, programmes, and workflows to ensure quality and effectiveness, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Ensure all programmes and activities are delivered in line with the established curriculum.
  • Understand and follow the SOPs for all available payment modes (SkillsFuture Credit, NTUC UTAP, PSEA, NETS, and PayNow).
  • Be able to clearly explain funding structures, pedagogies, and the programmes offered.
  • Uphold PDPA standards when managing and handling documents.
  • Upload post‑class documents to Microsoft Teams and ensure physical copies are submitted to the relevant teams for verification.
  • Manage logistics, inventory, and other operational resources.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
