Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders
  • Assist with stock control receiving, storage, labelling, and rotation (FFO)
  • Minimise wastage and report any quality or equipment issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety standards
  • Guide and support junior kitchen staff when required
  • Able to work independently on a station during peak hours
