Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with proven track record in leading a team of >50 Operators/Technicians.
• Able to commit to 8 hours shift (Day/Night).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead a team of Production Operators/Technicians.
• Overall supervision of production activities.
• Ensure subordinates carry out necessary check sheets and record sheets.
