We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Consultant / Enterprise Architect to drive end‑to‑end solution consulting and delivery for enterprise clients across cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation programs.

This is a client‑facing leadership role for a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology – engaging senior stakeholders, shaping transformation roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution consulting – from pre‑sales and architecture design to delivery execution.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Architect and oversee implementation of scalable, future‑ready solutions across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving innovation, adoption, and long‑term transformation success.
• Identify and pursue commercial growth opportunities, expand key accounts, and influence strategic programs.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams to build a high‑performance consulting culture.
• Develop and deliver executive‑grade presentations and solution proposals to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution design, or enterprise architecture roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams or programs.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑million‑dollar IT transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow), and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Automation).
• Deep understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Certifications in one or more of the following areas are advantageous:
  • Architecture: AWS, Azure, TOGAF
  • Agile / Project Management: PMI, Scrum.org, SAFe
  • Security: CISSP, CRISC, CEH
  • AI / Data: Microsoft, AWS, IBM, OpenAI
