Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or above preferred.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of assemblers.
• Ensure safety compliance through audits and training.
• Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on production floor.
