Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an individual to support day-to-day operational activities. Responsibilities include manpower planning, responding to employee inquiries, conducting site inspections, and driving a trailer truck within the PSA Singapore Container Port. The ideal candidate should possess a valid Class 3 driving license and a forklift license, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and forklift licence.
• MWAH certification is an added advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities for smooth workflow.
• Strategize manpower planning to meet operational demands.

• Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and task execution
• Strategize and coordinate manpower planning to meet operational demands efficiently
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolving concerns
• Conduct routine site inspections and deliver toolbox briefings to reinforce safety and compliance
• Prepare and manage email, reports, and written documentation
• Facilitate transportation and logistics arrangements to optimize resource movement
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness and reliability
• Driving and operating the trailer truck coupled with a Single Stacker Trailer safely within the PSA Singapore Container Port Terminals
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Recruitments

• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and forklift licence

• Relevant experience in lashing / container securing will be preferred (training can be provided for entry-level candidates)
