Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an individual to operate and monitor a fiber laser cutting machine for metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will perform machine setup and ensure cutting accuracy and product quality. Responsibilities also include preparing simple 2D drawings, supporting the production team in meeting daily targets, and conducting basic maintenance of the machine while adhering to safety procedures. Experience in machine operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fiber laser cutting machine for metal fabrication.
• Perform machine setup, load materials, and set the correct cutting parameters.
• Ensure cutting accuracy, correct dimensions, and consistent product quality.
• Prepare simple 2D drawings for cutting jobs (added advantage).
• Support the production team to meet daily targets and schedules.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and conduct daily maintenance of the machine.
• Comply with all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
