Job description

Be part of an applications lab that prepares and evaluates samples used in home & personal care testing. You’ll keep day-to-day lab work running smoothly while supporting product evaluations.

Salary: Up to $2,500 basic
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Location: West

What you’ll do

• Get test pieces (e.g., towels/fabric swatches) ready and ensure washers/equipment are clean and scent-free.
• Mix, label and pack small-batch samples for evaluation, stability checks and market trials; release only when quality criteria are met.
• Track oils/consumables and handle simple inventory updates.
• Operate basic lab instruments, take measurements and record results neatly in templates.
• Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and follow SOPs/5S practices.
• Join team mini-projects to streamline processes.
• Work closely with internal partners from applications, creative and commercial teams.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma in Perfumery, Chemistry or Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
• Comfortable working around fragranced materials, soaps and surfactants.
• Able to commit for the full 12 months
