Overview

Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Working days & hours: 5 days - 4 weekdays (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM) + 1 weekend (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Working location (Current Hiring):

  • Toa Payoh
  • Bukit Timah

(Will be willing to relocate to other branches due to work exigencies)

Salary: $2650 - $3500

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Explain courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers; promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers; build relationships with customers; handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly; perform and manage sales transactions effectively and promptly.
  • Administrative Duties: Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, centre management or teachers; responsible for centre\'s inventory and simple logistics; other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents
Requirements
  • Have minimum GCE \"A\" levels or Diploma qualifications.
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings.
  • Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies.
