Job summary

A renewable energy company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to plan and negotiate solar leasing agreements and lead full-service project implementations. Responsibilities include developing financial models, preparing proposals, and engaging with clients and stakeholders. Minimum education requirement is a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with no prior experience required, although experience in renewable energy is preferred. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Candidate without experience in this industry are welcome to apply.
• Candidate with relevant work experience in the energy industry or renewable energy sector will have added advantage.

• Up to $4000 + Commission
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and negotiate solar leasing and full-service (turnkey) project agreements to meet client and business objectives.
• Develop financial models to assess project viability, returns, and overall profitability.
• Prepare, submit, and present proposals and tender bids, including follow-ups with clients and evaluation committees.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external contractors to oversee end-to-end solar project development and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with clients and partners to ensure smooth project execution, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients, government agencies, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Candidate without experience in this industry are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
