A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Utilities Manager to coordinate utilities diversion projects. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in construction supervision. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in construction supervision/project coordination.
- Experience liaising with relevant utilities agencies.
- Registered earthwork supervisor with EMA/SPPG is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Coordination of the utilities diversion route, supporting structure and other required structure.
- Study and determine the existing utilities, in-charge of site utilities diversion work
- Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works
- Identify and resolve system failures and perform/oversee preventative maintenance
- Direct project groups and/or technicians, providing activities and guidance on utility process, design, and construction
- Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency, energy usage and material usage
- Manage utility construction projects, developing project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets
- Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any service diversion work
- Reporting to Utility Manager pertaining progress, planning and proposal to resolve anticipated issues that may hinder the site progress.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in construction supervision / project coordination or projects of similar scale and complexity
- Registered earthwork supervisor with EMA/SPPG will be an advantage
- Experience liaising with relevant utilities agencies
