Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sourcing activities for multiple, complex roles across corporate functions.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessments to identify high‑quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve talent pipelines and recruitment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to streamline hiring processes.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, agency, or search firm environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Regional hiring experience is preferred.
