Responsibility
  • Handling sales report
  • Calling of candidates and arranging appointments
  • Brainstorm on various ways to source suitable candidates
  • Prepare starter kits for new people joining the team
  • Documentation checks for sales team’s paperwork
  • Prepare reimbursements required
  • Ad hoc duties required by the director
  • Ensure reports sent by HQ are tallied to ensure accurate payouts made
Requirements
  • Background in recruitment or HR would be a bonus!
