• Familiar with Batch & online application design concepts and handling large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Fix prioritised Incident Reports (IR) assigned by Team Lead.
• Analyze and validate assigned defects.
• Discuss IR fixes with team members.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts for integration defects.
• Ensure timely delivery of fixes.
• Provide production support to modules.
• Support management in achieving application support objectives.
