Position Summary

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and contributing to efficient financial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized industry while growing your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
Full Set of Accounts Management
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL)
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards
Sales Invoicing & Payments
  • Generate accurate and timely sales invoices based on client agreements
  • Prepare and process vendor and operational payments
Month-End Closing & Reporting
  • Assist in monthly closing activities including balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of monthly management reports for internal stakeholders
Client Reporting
  • Compile and deliver financial and operational reports to clients as required
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align financial data with client-specific needs
HR-Related Matters
  • Assist with payroll administration and HR documentation
  • Support employee expense claims and leave tracking processes
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the aviation industry
