Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to users.
• Deliver first-line support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via helpdesk system.
• Configure and install operating systems, applications, drivers, and updates.
• Maintain and monitor physical and virtual servers.
• Support core IT services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software license record.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT orientation.
