Job summary

A recruitment agency based in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment. The role involves handling fleet issue escalations and monitoring system health. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in managing Microsoft 365 and more than 2 years as L1 support in a mid to large enterprise. Travel will be required as part of the responsibilities. The working hours are 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm with a salary of up to $3,500.

• Experience in setting up or supporting network and firewall.

• Serve as the first point of contact for fleet issue escalation.
• Monitor system health and perform regular performance reviews.
• Conduct annual hardware refresh for fleet devices and network equipment.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers.
• Document system configurations and create user guides.
• Provide high-level support, coordinating with teams and vendors to resolve issues, bothonsite and offsite (including vessels).
• Manage IT procurement and collaborate with vendors.
• Travelling require when needed

Requirements
