Govt Project exposure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Package: Up to $4,500 + Annual Leave + Medical coverage + Statutory Leave
Location: Labrador Park MRT + travel to onsite (Transport claimable)

About the Role

You will be part of a government project supporting the deployment of ICT and network equipment across various sites. The role involves hands‑on equipment handling, coordination with technical teams, and ensuring smooth implementation on the ground. This is a good opportunity for individuals with basic IT experience who want to gain exposure to network operations and project deployment work.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct equipment, accessories, and components are packed and prepared for deployment.
• Support contractors during on‑site deployment, including:
  • Setting up required network equipment
  • Patching and labelling network cables and power cords
• Conduct UAT checks once equipment is installed.
• Use a testing laptop to run end‑to‑end verification to ensure application services are functioning properly.
• Coordinate with backend infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot deployment issues when needed.
• Assist with any other ad‑hoc operational tasks assigned by the project team.

Requirements

• Min 1–2 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or relevant technical roles.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, network equipment, and troubleshooting processes will be helpful.
