• Working Location: East - Macpherson (Walking distance to the company from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday: 8.30 am - 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues related to virtual servers, Windows servers, and network connectivity
• Oversee the preventative maintenance and backup operations for servers to guarantee they meet user demands
• Update and maintain thorough system documentation and backup protocols
• Deliver technical support for accounting and inventory management systems
• Conduct investigations, diagnose issues, and devise solutions for end-user problems

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 2 years of working experience in configuring and maintaining Windows servers, virtual machines (Citrix), remote desktops, routers, and Fortinet firewalls
• Prior experience in providing technical support for accounting or inventory software is beneficial
