Job Scope

• Handling second level of issues escalation from IT Support Officer.
• Maintain server for Dormitory Management System
• Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server.
• Setup and maintain wireless devices.
• Monitoring and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server.
• Monitoring and maintaining spam
• Monitoring and maintain print server, fax server
• Monitoring and managing switches and network appliances
• Ad-hoc job or project.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking
• Good knowledge in Windows
• Well-versed with the operation of firewall/VPN, Anti-virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Detection
• Ability in administering, maintaining, optimizing windows active directory system security
• Ability to configure and set-up new server
• Strong trouble shooting and analytical skill
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Service focused, positive, and patient attitude
