Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager (or Channel Manager / Sales Engineer) to spearhead sales opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia. This role focuses on building strong channel partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Terrabyte Group as the preferred distributor of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Identify and onboard channel partners, resellers, and enterprise customers.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospects and partners.
  • Prepare tender submissions, proposals, and pricing strategies for government and enterprise bids.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including defense technologies and Blue/Red/Purple Team frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage channel relationships and drive partner-led sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience preparing tenders and pricing for government and enterprise projects.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity vendors and distribution models in ASEAN.
  • Existing network of channel partners in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity or sales (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific credentials) are a plus.
