Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing IT project pipelines, support system development lifecycles, and bridge communications between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in IT systems and a keen interest in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline, ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in IT project planning, considering priority, complexity, and resource availability.
• Review project and change requests; maintain a master list of projects and regularly report on progress and outcomes.
• Assign reference numbers to IT requests, assess changes in business process flows, perform preliminary risk and dependency analysis, and liaise with requestors and DevOps teams.
• Support engagement with external support teams for error handling and knowledge transfer; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring technical issues.
• Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications; assist in developing solutions across various manufacturing and business systems.
• Communicate project and change progress to stakeholders; contribute to solutioning and act as backup for system development when required.
• Perform system analysis to identify gaps and dependencies; assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners.
• Coordinate with global IT teams for issue resolution, including root cause analysis, testing, and communication with business users.
• Work collaboratively with the support and development teams for troubleshooting and bug resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis, functional specification drafting, and project implementation.
• Familiar with programming in VB, .NET, or C#.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Prior experience in IT or within a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
