Job description

• Listed Company

• Basic $5500 to $6500 + Variable Bonuses

• Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

• 5 days’ work week (8:30am to 5:15pm)

• IT operations, infrastructure, and ERP systems (SAP Business One & Microsoft Business Central)

Job Scope

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure (local and overseas)

• Manage and support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central)

• Customize and enhance ERP using Crystal Reports and SQL

• Lead IT team and provide technical guidance

• Develop and maintain internal software applications and public website

• Perform database administration and ensure system performance

• Handle IT procurement, budgeting, and vendor management

• Prepare IT reports for management and support audits

• Ensure compliance with IT procedures, security, and quality standards

• Conduct user training and support ERP/system troubleshooting

• Manage yearly price updates and SOP/license reviews

• Keep users informed on IT trends and risks

Requirement

• Degree in Information Technology or 2 years relevant fields

• Experienced working as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, Database Administrator, ERP Analyst & Security Analyst

• Prior working experience in any ERP systems. Preferable Business One and Microsoft Business Central and MS NAV.

• 4 - 6 years’ experience in Programming, Specification, Software Design and Implementation of Application

• Handled at least 1 ERP full SDLC implementation project.

• Web and domain management
