Job summary

A recruitment service company in Singapore is seeking a professional to ensure the stable operation of internal systems and servers. The role involves coordinating maintenance contracts with vendors and acting as a liaison between the Head Office and Singapore Branch. Candidates should have experience in building Windows server systems, VMware, and infrastructure tools. Applicants with cloud services and system engineering experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in building Windows server systems.
• Operation and maintenance of VMware (vCenter, ESXi).
• Ability to handle infrastructure tools at Tier2 and Tier3 level.

Job description

Responsibilities

To ensure the stable operation of customer's internal systems and servers.

To coordinate with vendors on maintenance contracts for HW and SW and renew them as appropriate.

Provide idea to Team Head relating to improvement of operation and maintenance, and efficiency.

To act as liaison between the customer Head Office and the customer Singapore Branch for operational task.

Requirements

• Experience in building Windows server systems: Client Provisioning & Support (from server deployment, application installation to handing over the environment to the application team).
• Operation and maintenance of VMware (vCenter, ESXi)
• Operation and maintenance of infrastructure tools (Backup, Monitoring, Anti-Virus, Job management etc) as Tier2 and Tier3 level
• Understanding Microsoft 365 (Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office)
• Experience in Network configuration (ACL, Firewall)
• Experience in system engineering and operation (Plan, Build, Run & Optimize)
• Experience in Cloud Services (Azure, AWS) / development using Power Apps & Power Automate will be an advantage
