Job description

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure (On-Premise and AWS Cloud):
• Assess, design, install and setup on-premise servers.
• Conduct Site Survey for all on-premises Public Transport Operator datacentres, client datacenters, client offices, and client designated Tier 2 systems. With consultation with respective stakeholder, and 3rd party vendors.
• Create the Detailed Site Deployment Design document based on each Sit Survey destination. This will document how the planned project hardware will be installed at each site, and the requirements (Networking, RackSpace, Electrical) that the site operator must provide.
• Coordinate with project contracted hardware providers to plan and schedule deliveries physical appliance, server, and workstation, with consultation with Client Project Manager.
• Append to the Observability Design in collaboration with other Technical Architecture and Security team members to document in detail how the availability & SNMP Traps of deployed physical appliances, servers, and workstations at each site will be integrated into the project's Observability platform (Dynatrace SaaS).
