Job summary

A leading company in the tea industry is seeking an IT Support Specialist. This role is responsible for day-to-day IT helpdesk support, working across various departments, and managing store opening projects. Ideal candidates should have a background in IT support with experience in ERP and POS systems, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of working experience in IT support.
• Experience with POS or ERP systems required.
• Retail/F&B experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT helpdesk support for ERP, POS, and website.
• Work on updates for Point-of-Sales master data.
• Document process flows and training guides.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-day IT helpdesk support to end-users on all applications like ERP, POS, and website within the group
• Work with Marketing, Finance and Operations to perform updates to Point-of-Sales master data and configurations
• Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenarios and training guides
• Liaise with HQ IT for all group initiatives, protocols and systems implementation
• Support and manage store opening projects across multiple regions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with 1 to 3 or more years of working experience
• Must have working experience in at least one POS and/or ERP systems
• Must have good Excel formula skills, basic SQL query skills
• Positive attitude with a team-player mindset with good communications and problem-solving skill
• Team player and be independent in executing work-related jobs.
• Experience working in Retail and/or F&B industry will be an added advantage
• Occasional travelling might be required
