Responsibilities
- Investigate, trouble‑shoot and resolve IT related issues (including software and hardware)
- Support all IT infrastructure and operations within the company, while ensuring the security and privacy of networks
- Manage vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation and projects
- Provide support in the operation of all technologies including office networks
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Establish and maintain proper IT asset tracking including hardware and software licenses
- Maintain IT systems, inventory, and infrastructure documentation
- Assist the team in all IT related duties and activities
- Support HR in onboarding new joiners: set up their computers and run through an IT induction on their first day
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- High proficiency in MS Office
- In‑depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and LAN technology
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Proactive team player able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to a 5.5 day work week
