A leading IT services provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Executive to support and maintain their IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing daily support for hardware and software, managing networks, and assisting with cloud services and security compliance. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. This position is onsite in Singapore.
We are looking for an IT Executive to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and daily IT operations. This role involves providing user support, managing endpoints and networks, supporting cloud services, and assisting with information security and compliance requirements.
The IT Executive will work closely with the IT Manager and internal users to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.
Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and Windows endpoints.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, printers, and scanners.
Support network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN), routers, switches, and firewalls.
Support email client setup, archiving, and troubleshooting.
Apply system and server security patches and support IT security operations.
Manage and track IT assets, user provisioning, and documentation.
Support cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Assist with ISO and information security compliance (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC).
Coordinate IT incidents, requests, and assist in IT projects as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with email systems, network printers, and IT asset management.
Understanding of IT security concepts and willingness to learn ISO compliance.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work onsite in Singapore.
