Responsibilities

• Check Delivery Order with physical devices.
• Stage the equipment in the Burn room.
• Check personnel visit activity and update Visitor pass.
• Install railing brackets onto racks.
• Insert railing kits onto servers.
• Install blanking panels onto racks.
• Document server Serial numbers.
• Label Hostname and barcodes for inventory.
• Install power and Network cables for server & switch.
• Install Grounding cables for Switches.
• Dress power and Network cabling.
• Document and administer work records.
• Respond to requestor’s emails on activities.

Working Days and Hours

• 4 days work per week (inclusive of weekends), 7am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am (monthly rotate)
• Location of work: Ayer Rajah & Woodlands
• Variable bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Checking of Delivery Order (DO) with physical devices
• Staging the equipment in the Burn room
• Checking personnel visit activity and changing of Visitor pass before access into Data Center
• Installing of railing bracket onto rack
• Inserting of railing kit onto server
• Inserting of blanking panel onto rack
• Writing down the server Serial number
• Paste Hostname and barcode labels for inventory record
• Installation/Assembly of the power cord & Network cable for the server & switch
• Installation of Grounding cable for Switches
• Dressing up of power cord & Network cabling
• Documentation & Administration
• Using End‑user software to update records of work done
• Attend to requestor’s email on the upcoming or ongoing activity

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any IT related field
• Willing to do shift & location rotation
