Job Description
Provide consistent and professional support for the applications running at GA by collaborating with country BPs & Technical SME (global partner / local vendor).
Assist in shaping the business requirements to solid business case and turning into the project to execution and closing documentation.
Support for project management include resource coordination, documentation, testing, go live preparation.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application related problems.
Work closely with the manager to work out the migration plan for country local applications and put into execution.
The candidate in addition is to assist or support technology/infrastructure operation related work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of the standards of project management and processes.
- Support the successful delivery of programs through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
- Assist project managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches
- Monitoring projects against time, budget, and quality standards.
- Business case preparation and support to go through the review process.
- Change management for the global rollout project / modification.
- Application operational support to maintain the stability.
- Support for trouble shoot for the critical incident.
- Assist in managing the communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with country BPs improve the reliability of the local application and support to work out the migration plan and assist to align with corporate IT.
- Supports Region IT Manager on task as per assign. Provide regular updates to reporting manager on status of assignments and arising matters

- Good knowledge of SAP, JDE, BI systems and SharePoint and other technology platform for various integration function
- Experience working with external partners such as customers, and vendors in process improvement projects
- Ability to initiate ideas and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field with at least 3-8 years relevant working experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience in leading and managing IT projects
- Strong understanding of system integration e.g. EDI, Middleware, FTP...
- Preferably with experience managing projects in Order Management, Supply Chain.
