Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for an IT Administrator to manage the IT department's operations and support systems. Responsibilities include maintaining Windows computers and servers, managing user accounts, and ensuring network infrastructure integrity. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided. Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT department operations and projects.
  • Provide support for application and systems as network and system administrator.
  • Responsible for in‑house maintenance of Microsoft Windows computers and servers.
  • Work with application vendors and suppliers to provide support and assist with troubleshooting of systems.
  • Set up and configuring of new computers.
  • Responsible for backing up of information in applications and servers.
  • Report issues and maintain proper records on computers and servers.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control for all software and systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the network and infrastructure is well maintained.
  • Managing system upgrades and providing technical support to ensure continuous operations.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, policies, and user guides.
  • Ensure operation of in‑house security systems (CCTV, door access, etc.).
  • Conduct training to employees when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT operations, system administration, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, biotech) is a plus but not required.
