  • Maintain service items inventory control and order parts.
  • Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
  • Liaising with Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after sales matters.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries from corporate customers.
  • Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintain proper records for billing purposes.
  • Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
  • Preferably with IT knowledge.
  • Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer or related studies.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented.
  • Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our in-house dept, suppliers and end-users.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
