The company manages a diversified portfolio of quality assets across multiple sectors and geographies. They are seeking an Investment Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through targeted acquisitions and asset enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source investment opportunities in the living sector and related real estate assets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling to evaluate potential investments.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes across legal, financial, and technical aspects.
• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution, including preparation of investment proposals and board papers.
• Conduct post-acquisition performance reviews and identify asset enhancement opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, economic shifts, and competitor activities to guide investment strategies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management, business development, or investment advisory.
• Strong exposure to the real estate industry, ideally in the living sector or similar asset classes.
• Proven ability in financial modelling, investment evaluation, and transaction management.
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
