Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Conduct financial needs analysis and provide strategic recommendations aligned to clients’ objectives.
  • Offer tailored financial products and investment solutions, including funds and insurance-linked investments.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to grow market presence.
  • Support clients with fund-related transactions and portfolio structuring.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to adapt to clients’ evolving financial goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client engagements in accordance with company policies.

3. Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure all client interactions meet compliance requirements and uphold HSBC’s professional standards.

4. Professional Growth & Training

  • Attend monthly training sessions conducted by leading Fund Houses.
  • Fast-track progression to senior manager and leadership roles.
