The role includes ensuring compliance with authorities, managing project implementation, and conducting technical meetings. • Experience in retail shop design and layout is highly preferred.
• Able to engage and manage various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drawings comply with authorities' requirements.
• Control and manage issuances of changes and documents.
• Plan and implement projects within specified cost, time, and quality.
• Conduct technical meetings with Clients and Contractors.

• Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality.
• Always maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress.
