Job description

• Capable of detailed design documentation of interiors layouts, loose furniture, joinery, finishes.
• Produce materials and FF&E (furniture, fixture, and equipment) specificiations.
• Participate in the progress of all project drawings, renderings, finishes, furniture, and budgets.
• Participate in selection and scheduling of FF&E and color and materials for projects in coordination with other team members for presentation to clients and space planning concepts.
• Review pricing, materials and customization for projects and provides design support for completion/execution of design concepts.
• Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs, including sample fabrics, furniture, tables and accessory recommendations the benefits of a professional installation service.
• Assist with maintenance of the overall visual appearance of store, this includes but is not limited to assist to maintain floor and/or showroom displays, tagging of products and accessories, maintaining accessory catalogs and design center fabrics, and maintaining general store cleanliness.
• Ability to work with one of the world’s most recognizable and respected furniture brands.
• Develops facility and furniture space planning solutions, coordinating with other design disciplines to ensure compliance with relevant building, accessibility and life-safety codes.
• Develops construction documents and specifications including floor, ceiling, finish, furniture, millwork and signage plans and supporting design details.
