Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Executes a multi-level intergenerational program with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides ongoing quality assurance in Intergenerational programming that includes assisting and facilitating intergenerational programmes.
  • Develops a monthly planned schedule of intergenerational activities.
  • Responsible for both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of Intergenerational programmes.
  • Organises and facilitates monthly Intergenerational programmes meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure that Intergenerational programmes are carried out regularly.
  • Provides a brief outline to garner buy‑ins of Intergenerational programmes with all relevant employees during inter‑department engagement sessions.
  • Schedules and facilitates special, and/or celebratory events for residents with aspects of promoting Intergenerational interactions.
  • Participates in research projects pertaining to Intergenerational activities.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
  • Assists in development of policies, public information and materials promoting Intergenerational programming.
  • Any other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
