Handle new and renewal motor insurance quotations and policy issuance
Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments
Update and maintain accurate insurance records and system entries
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards
Manage customer enquiries via email and phone
Support motor insurance sales and deliver high service standards
Uphold ethical conduct and professionalism in all business dealings
General Insurance certification (BCP / PGI / ComGI) is required
Experience in insurance quotation, renewal, or administration preferred
Candidates without motor insurance experience may be considered (training provided)
Advise customers on motor accident claims procedures and repair options
Conduct vehicle reception checks and prepare repair documentation
Prepare accident repair estimates and supplementary claims where necessary
Liaise with surveyors, insurance companies, and workshop teams
Monitor repair progress and communicate timelines and costs to customers
Obtain customer approvals and ensure proper job documentation
Perform final vehicle checks and manage vehicle handover after repairs
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area
Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
3–5 years of experience as a Motor Claims Advisor or similar role
Experience in Body & Paint / motor trade environment is required
Strong customer handling, negotiation, and coordination skills
Familiar with workshop processes and insurance claims handling
