Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential clients and achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business or Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent position based in Joo Koon. An attractive salary package with commission and bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial or equipment sales.
  • Experience with telemarketing or outbound phone sales is an added advantage.

Overview

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Intralogistics Solutions

Position Title: Inside Sales Executive

Working Location: Joo Koon

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Actively looking out and connect with potential clients, including initiating cold calls based on identified target segments.
  • Present and promote company products and services, generate new business opportunities, and handle quotations through the SAP C4C (CRM) system.
  • Achieve set sales objectives while maintaining profitability and supporting timely collection of account receivables.
  • Follow established internal workflows and ensure all business data is accurately maintained for effective reporting and forecasting.
  • Support the achievement of team objectives and participate in various ad-hoc projects when required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; preferably with industrial or equipment sales background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging and persuading customers.
  • Experience with telemarketing or outbound phone sales is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
