Job summary

The Challenges
  • Respond promptly to assigned leads via WhatsApp, email, or other channels to understand customer requirements before recommending suitable products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, prepare and propose quotations in line with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on design and artwork to produce mock-ups for client approval prior to production.
  • Prepare and submit sales orders to the production team.
  • Provide regular client updates throughout the production process and ensure timely delivery of final products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage existing client accounts while gradually expanding the customer base through lead generation, outreach, and prospecting activities.
