We are seeking an experienced engineer to manage infrastructure operations, OpenShift environments, and end-to-end release management processes. This role ensures secure, stable, and efficient systems while enabling reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support

• Manage patching for OS, applications, and network devices; ensure security and compliance.
• Plan and execute hardware, software, and network upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot OpenShift (OCP) clusters.
• Support Linux environment tuning, automation, and compliance audits.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software performance issues.
• Ensure infrastructure changes meet security standards.

Release Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and version control processes.
• Troubleshoot build/deployment failures and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Document and govern release processes and configurations.
• Ensure stable post‑release performance and mitigate release risks.
• Lead complex deployments in distributed, load‑balanced environments.
